GoogleWe've just sold a property through Wye. We believed their valuation was the most realistic of the four agents we approached and reassuringly they didn't insist on a long contract. Listing to completion took three months. An excellent result from an efficient, effective and personable team including, most notably, our negotiator Ian Richardson.

GoogleWould recommend Wye to anyone. Our house had been on the market for months with another agent, moved to Wye and was sold within a month-completed within 3 months. I know they were even showing people the house on Sundays, a really professional outfit who worked really hard to sell our house.

GoogleExcellent from the start . Photos of the property were amazing, sold within a week. All the staff were very professional and the recommended solicitor by Wye was absolutely brilliant. We cannot fault Wye. Would recommend them to everyone.
