I am sorry for the delay in your toilet blockage being responded to. The blockage was caused by your external shared drains being blocked which is a block management issue and this has caused the delay. You should have been advised of this for which we apologise. Once you raised it again on Friday night and we became aware block had not resolved the issue it was actioned first thing Saturday and a plumber offered to come out to you on Saturday morning. This time was not convenient to you and he came at 9.30 Monday morning by mutual agreement. The issue you raise that has been ongoing for 5 months is about your immersion tank not having an economy 7 setting which as been explained to you by the plumber and ourselves and is not something that can be changed. If you would like to discuss this any further please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be happy to talk through any issues you still have
