The Wye team were amazingly helpful from the get-go. I wasn't looking to sell straight away but it was good to talk things through and have all my initial questions answered. Rob was especially friendly, pragmatic and down to earth which I really appreciated. When it was time to put my house on the market they were the obvious choice of the available candidates and they didn't let me down. The sale and the process overall exceeded my expectations and everything went as smoothly as I'm sure it can! Would recommend unreservedly.

Selling our property during Covid-19 was always going to be a challenge! We were impressed with the services provided by Wye from start to finish. They undertook numerous viewings and gave us their advice on the feedback. When our first buyers tried to reduce the price by a ridiculous amount the week before Christmas their advice was so helpful and enabled us to make the right decision for us, and we later re-sold for the asking price. We had a fantastic experience with Wye. After being on the market with purple bricks for months with no movement, we decided to get some quotes from other estate agents. Wye were very responsive and gave a lot of advice. Their rates are competitive and within days my flat was on the market with them. Unlike purple bricks, they actively found people to look around the flat in a time where the property market is slowing down. We always had clear feedback from viewings and advice on when/if to drop our price. After we found a buyer and eventually our property, they helped us through the process and chased solicitors and other agents to make sure we exchanged. I would highly recommend Wye to anyone in the area.

Finally, someone that gets it right! WYE was the first-ever estate agent we dealt with who made it a pleasure. Honest, efficient, reliable and helpful, they were assisting us on all relevant matters during each stage of our purchase. Unlike other agencies-they actually care! No overselling, no corporate slogans- honest advice and reliable information instead. Excellent communication throughout the whole process with one contact assigned for the transaction. They have a deep understanding of the local market and also recommended an excellent mortgage broker and a solicitor which made the whole process much smoother. Good service. I would have no problem recommending Wye to first time buyers (I cannot comment on sellers). Professional, friendly and happy to help. Thank you for helping us find our first Home Wye, High Wycombe! I wouldn't recommend using their Mortgage Broker - Tudor Mortgages though. Our 'Mortgage Man' was good to begin with and then made a number of errors that we now have to try and rectify. My advice - if you are organised and have time to research the products available, do it yourself.

I had several agents visit my home to discuss putting my property on the market. They all gave a good speech but I am so so glad I choose to go with the Wye they were the only company to take a real interest. The entire team have been amazing. It's so rare these days for people to give you there word and mean it but this company certainly do. I would not have achieved my goal of moving to create a better life for my family if not for all the hard work and dedication provided from the Wye and specifically Rob.
