Bought our house through Wye 7 years ago, and as it was time to move on, given that we had such a good experience last time, we decided to use Wye again. There were a few bumps along the way (all of which were further up the chain and with different agents), but these were all dealt with really well by the guys at Wye, and we were kept informed at each stage. All in all, very professional, and a HUGE shout out to Tracey, she has worked so hard for us behind the scenes, and been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I will probably divorce my wife if she tells me she wants to move again anytime soon, but if we did move, we would use Wye again without a doubt. Thank you guys for all your hard work and help! We chose Wye Estate agents mainly because of a good previous experience working with Steve and the team. From the opening discussions, we were given good advice regarding initial selling price and expected sales price. The photographing of the house was carried out by professionals (I would recommend taking this option) Almost immediately we had a steady number of views. It was agreed to review the price based on the comments from people viewing. A buyer was found and we worked closely with Steve to ensure the sale would go through. Having started the sale back in February, some minor delays with Probate, we finally completed 24th July. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wye, Steve and the rest of the team.

After buying our first home from Wye 6 years ago, we knew we would be using their services again to help with the sale of that same home. From the moment Steve visited for an initial valuation all the way through to sale with Tracy, was seamless.
