Since we started with them, more than 4 years ago, they were always professional, kind, understandable, sincere (which is a rare quality for an estate agent!), always impartial, but trying to protect the tenants. Flexible, as we are working in London 5 days/week, and when we couldn't be at home for yearly checks, they went an extra mile to accommodate us. If we'll miss something in High Wycombe, will be them. Thank you all, especially Kathryn and Cristina!

GoogleIn a very difficult Market, Rob and Tracy managed to get a very good price for the property we were selling. In the early stages they made sure that our onboarding to the portal worked and that helped with providing pro-active information as to what was going on. They attended viewing and provided important feedback. Furthermore as the property that was being sold was empty, they also paid regular visits to it to make sure everything was OK But they were always at the end of a phone or email as well so communication was excellent During the more difficult phase when the solicitors got involved (one of the party's solicitor was a little slow and often non-communicative) they kept the pressure on to ensure that the process was completed in a timely manner Would really like to thank them for their professionalism, diligence, stamina and giving us a first class and best possible experience Would absolutely recommend.

GoogleHusband and I tried to buy a property recently and although we have not been successful with the purchase I must say that Rob did a wonderful job and helped us all the way, bridged our communication with both seller’s solicitors and every time I emailed with a question or a request he was there to help. Honestly, I would recommend him to anyone selling a property as I have seen first hand that he will do everything he can to aid in the sales process. Thank you again for all help and support.

GoogleI received an absolutely first class service and advice from Rob and the team at Wye. Realistic pricing advice, ensured that my house had over 15 viewings lined up over 3 days. Several offers were received by the third day, of which I accepted one. Rob gave me a suggestion of a conveyancing firm, which I used and whom were very efficient. From advertising the sale to completion, it took 8 weeks. This just goes to show that Rob and the Wye team really do know their stuff. I thoroughly recommend this estate agents. Thank you Rob & team.

GoogleThe service we received from The Wye Partnership was excellent in every way from the beginning through to exchange and completion. They paid attention to what we asked of them and followed our requests. The offer we accepted on our property was well withing the range given by Wye in their valuation. We were impressed that they presented the property honestly, 'it is what it is', and did not attempt to hide anything from the buyers or ourselves.

GoogleI bought my first house from Wye nearly 10 years back and had a lovely experience so decided to use them again for the sale of that same house, as it was time to upsize. As it happened the house I decided to buy was also listed by Wye. So as a customer for both the sale of my old home and purchase of my new home I feel like I've got the full experience. Rob did my evaluation, he was helpful, informative and gave me peace of mind I was in good hands. Ryan did my viewings and negotiation and kept me up to date, even when he was poorly, I really appreciated the extra effort and cheerful attitude. Tracy then supported getting everything over the line, it was tense at times but I felt like she was there with me along the way. Her dedication and perseverance got us to the end and I'm really thankful for all her hard work. Also every time I called the office (which was a lot) everyone that answered the phone was always polite and efficient. Would not hesitate to recommend Wye in Wycome.

GoogleWye Estate Agents in Hazlemwre branch provided an excellent service for a family probate sale. They kept us informed at all stages in the marketing and sale of the property about the progress. The staff were always very prompt to respond to any questions and sought feedback to viewings which was much appreciated. We felt that we received a very personal service from both Allison & Steve who were our main contacts. Would highly recommend Wye from our experience.

GoogleWe cannot thank the team at The Wye Partnership in High Wycombe enough! From the very beginning, starting with our property valuation through to viewings, exchange, and completion, the team has been absolutely fantastic. Their valuation was based on genuine local research, which gave us a realistic and successful start. During viewings, the team members were excellent; they actually provided insightful information about the properties rather than just repeating what was on the flyer, which was a huge help in our decision-making. We also want to highlight their partnership with the Elite Conveyancing team. A huge shout-out to our lawyer, Danielle Hall, who represented us. Even though we were in a massive chain of seven properties, the whole process felt incredibly smooth. Communication was ongoing, and it was always easy to reach everyone involved. We are very happy and highly recommend both of these teams for their expertise and dedication!

GoogleWe bought our first house through Wye and had a great experience. We had a few viewings with another estate agency prior Wye and they were very sales orientated (calling us often and when we put an offer we have been informed that their mortgage broker will need to have a meeting with us). We were very happy to find out that with Wye there wasn't any extra sales involved and unnecessary questions to answer. From putting an offer to a completion date everything was very simple but informative, only necessary calls and emails which were answered very quickly. Steve from Wye was very helpful and very easy to talk to. Thanks again to all the team and we wish you all the best! We will be in touch when we sell!

Maybe I am jaded, and I am sure there are other good ones out there, but you only tend to remember the bad experiences, the ones who fall into the stereotype of lying, loathsome characters. Rob and the team at Wye in High Wycombe did everything with honesty, transparency and competence. They managed to sell our property to the very first viewer which was amazing as JNP previously had it on the market for months and we had no interest at all and very little communication from them. Rob was always available at the end of the phone or email whenever needed during the whole process. We cannot thank everyone enough for helping us through the sale

GoogleWe turned to the Wye Partnership after our previous agents lost the sale of our house after many months of a slowly deteriorating relationship with our buyer. Darrell and his team immediately put us an ease and offered timely and frank advice. As such we secured another offer on our property. Through Darrell and the team gave us timely advice and answers calls and emails at a moments notice. After a protracted 15 months we have finally sold our house, all down to the Wye Partnership. We cannot recommend them enough!

GoogleI would like to thank Rob and all the team at The Wye Partnership for an excellent service from beginning to end in marketing and selling my property. Having dealt with Rob back in 2019, when I was originally going to sell my property it was great to go back 5 years later and be remembered on the first chat over the phone like we’d only spoken a week ago. My property was marketed and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Loads of viewings and full respect for the property when showing potential buyers around. The advice given in terms of valuing the property was spot on. You could go to someone who may market it higher but you have to be realistic and Rob is great at explaining this hence selling the property within weeks of being marketed. The process from getting an acceptable offer to exchanging contracts ready to complete is a very stressful one, but there were times when I knew that a phone call or email to Rob or one of his team would be all I needed to help make the journey a little easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble and any question I had, which I stressed over was easily and quickly answered. I’d highly recommend Rob and the team at The Wye Partnership if you want to make your moving journey just that little bit less stressful. Thanks to you all xx
