GoogleI would highly recommend Wye to buyers and sellers alike, extremely efficient, professional and diligent team. As a first time buyer I was very grateful to the Office Manager, she would update me regularly and explain each stage of the purchasing process. At times, unnecessary delays did cause frustration but the team at High Wycombe were ready to assist. They have an excellent relationship with the local conveyancing teams and are able to push things along on your behalf. A very big thank you to the team, I will definitely be using them in the future when we decide to move property.

GoogleFrom the initial valuation to the completion of the sale of my flat Rob and the team at Wye have been amazing. The viewings were consistent in a very slow market and with Rob's positive attitude we eventually found the right buyer. Throughout this whole experience with Wye I have found the whole team friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and always happy to help and advise where they could. Thank you Rob and team, I have told all friends and family to use you in the future, I know we most definitely will!

GoogleI am so very happy my husband and I walked into Wye in July this year. Updates on properties have been very forth coming. Especially when we actually found the house we were looking for. The staff have been so very helpful and making things flow so nicely. I have been speaking to Tracy Anson over the last few weeks, who has been our number one👏🏻always friendly and bubbly. When she says she will call you back, that's what she does! Her customer service and knowledge have been fantastic and really on ball, especially when you are feeling stressed...! From the get go, arranging the viewing to having our offer accepted on the house, it was seamless and quick, with the team communicating with us every step of the way, on a daily basis. GoogleHaving had 4 local estate agents come to value my property and pitch their services I am 100% confident I made the right decision in appointing the team at Wye. From the outset I felt I was given realistic expectations. Through the viewing process it was nice to receive feedback about what viewers liked and didn’t like so much about my property. Once an offer had been received and accepted Rob, Tracy & the team were exactly what you’d hope for in what can be, as anyone that has sold or purchased a home knows to be, a stressful time. Being readily available and quick replies to phone calls and e-mails made the whole process that much easier. GoogleI bought my property through Wye a couple of years ago and had a positive experience as a buyer, I wasn't pushed and was able to view the property numerous times over the buying process. Therefore I chose to sell my property through Wye recently, as I wanted my buyer to have the same experience. I have experienced so many pushy agents that really put you off even viewing properties, but Rob and the team are really personable and actually care about getting a buyer and the right one for you. They have been a huge help at pushing the sale through, keeping me updated regularly and I have barely been involved with chasing my solicitor. We exchanged yesterday so I am very happy. I would definitely recommend Wye!

GoogleWe’ve previously used Wye on our last move so we knew that we would be happy to use them again and we were right. Professional, efficient and friendly. Rob and the whole team were extremely helpful with our many questions and queries regarding our most recent move. We sold and bought with Wye. As it is a small business, it was nice to have a personal approach. Hopefully we won’t be moving for quite a while but we will most definitely use them again in the future should we need too.

The chain got complicated later on with some delays, however Ian Richardson went above and beyond to get this through as soon as possible. GoogleMy wife and I have used Wye for our last 2 home moves. They are professional & keep you informed through the entire process. We had a lot of issues crop up with our last sale and we were very glad that we had Wye to help us. Especially Tracy their office manager who was very tenacious on our behalf and massively supportive. If we could give them 6 stars we would!

GoogleWye and in particular have been fantastic in providing help and support during a pretty stressful time following my dad’s passing and having to deal with everything myself including selling the former family home. They couldn’t do enough for me. The support was more than anyone could expect and when a serious issue came up Robert MacKay in particular pulled out all the stops to not only help me but find the right people to put it right. He was absolutely awesome throughout the whole process and today after many months of stress and anguish simply down to the Robert and the Wye team only we completed. I couldn’t have done it without Robert and the super people at Wye and to be honest I will never forget them.
