GoogleI called Ryeview Homes to inquire about a property for sale on Zoopla. I was informed that no further viewings for the property were being taken. As an investor in the area, I asked is there already an offer on the table? to which I was informed that "Due to circumstances, there just aren't any further viewings". My follow up question was reasonable - are you able to comment on if this circumstance is related to the house (as this is VERY relevant to an investor) to which the response was "I've already told you that there are no viewings so it doesn't really matter does it?". At this point I called out the salesperson for the way she was speaking and asked for her name. She hung up!! Being infuriated I called the agents and asked to speak to the manager - to my utter shock the same person picked up and informed me she IS the manager. I then asked if I could take the number for head officer - she said there isnt one. I asked for anyone above her - she told me "What do you want from this? If you have a problem you can come to the estate agents at number 7 and take it up with me in person". She was very clear to tell me 80% of her customers are happy with her - well I'm clearly in the 20% now and feel that this estate agents WILL NOT get any business from me and I add this review so that potential investors/buyers/sellers are aware of the potential attitude you will receive from this establishment. I have been gracious enough to leave the employees name out of this review - however I think making other customers aware of the Potential negative experience is very crucial. Extremely unhappy at the level of 'professionalism'

GoogleWe used RyeView to sell our house and found the company to be a small, friendly family-run business. They took time and trouble to get to know us and to keep us informed. In the final stages there was a slight glitch on the communication front, but we were able to sort it out because they also have excellent professional communications with other estate agents. Cheryl also got on very well with our cat when showing people around: this sounds like a minor point but I think reflects the care they take always to remember that they are dealing with homes, not houses. Thank you.

GoogleI recently purchased via Ryeview as a first time buyer and couldn't have asked for a better service! All of the team made us feel at ease and consistently offered us the best advice to help us through the process from start to finish. Thanks to their involvement we were handed our keys much quicker than expected and are over the moon with how smooth it was to buy the dream home that I wouldn't have come across were it not for Ryeview. I'd definitely recommend them and won't hesitate to return for any future house moves!

Factually incorrect information, misleading comments, inappropriate handling of client data which is a breach of GDPR, false assurances and unprofessional conduct.Zero customer focus or respect. They failed to obtain all the house keys or get the house cleared of belongings. No effort made to assist, emails ignored and refusal to contact the vendors. RyeView Homes have let me down.I will be escalating this matter through every available avenue.

GoogleI used RyeView homes as a tenant and they managed the property I was living in. My time with them was everything a tenant could want. From moving in and clearly explaining everything all the way to referencing just made to feel at ease. They were highly professional in dealing with anything to do with the property and always went out of their way to support us and I can't thank them enough. Cheers!
