GoogleSuch a waste of time. Went to view a property and despite showing interest + having all necessary documents, the agent in charge did not ask any further details or read my emails properly as I mentioned I was working abroad on the following week and would rather be contacted either via email or WhatsApp. I’ve lost another property that I was offered just because this one in particular was my first option. I’ll never ring them again. I’ve previously lived in the same residential property and have references from several agencies I’ve previously rented from + my spotless credit score.

GoogleI must share a horrible experience. I wanted to rent a two bedrooms flat (although I am single) in order to provide services (the so much needed) as Foster care to the local authorities. They promised me that they will provide the essential letter regarding my application and when the time came they did NOT, instead they referred me to the owner(!) They do not honour their word and so, do not be surprised if their manager tell you "Many people they are waiting, BUT I want YOU to rent/buy the flat, because I like YOU". They do that to everyone, without shame.

GoogleIn 2019 We were really shocked how hard to find a home in England when we move from Turkey. We were staying in Hotel just for we haven’t been accepted by most of agencies. many Thanks for helping that time . Amjid Cheryl and Georgiana they were all kind since beginning just kind helpful very quick with maintenance. First we didn’t have hot water in boiler. The other day it had been fixed.Once oven s lid fall and its window is totally smashed , i thougt they may think that my lovely children did it and they may charge it . But they just asked ’ how it happened ?‘ and didnt interrogate find a reason to charge it.Really trustable stuff. And quick to reponse when you need to ask something

GoogleNot to be trusted. They rented me a property which turned out to have a cockroach infestation (amjid tried to call them tree bugs. An insult to our intelligence). The electrics were not safe (plug sockets had been drilled into, with leads/sockets running into the middle of the room?!) 2 windows, including the frames, fell out from the 1st floor due to corrosion on the brackets. My boiler was condemned dangerous due to water damage from a leak that I reported several times. repairs were not done. This is only a very small part of the whole story. They do not abide by the law and have no regards for tenants rights. I have been through hell with them. Be warned. The property should not have been rented out in the first place.

The agent rearranged the viewing an hour earlier without confirming it with me on the day of the viewing. Stood outside the property and the office argued with me trying to persuade me that I had been wrong to expect a viewing for the confirmed time. Never offered any solution. Travelled in by rail to view the property and felt stood up. Dug through my emails afterwards and saw they had sent a second confirmation email which I no longer saw in time. They had also recorded the wrong phone number. Not easy to work with. Not customer focused. Unprofessional and chaotic
