GoogleI had every negative stereotype of an estate agent with these people. Nice until you’ve signed the contract then their “management” consisted of answering less than half of their emails and doing nothing about any of it. The only thing they’re proactive about is getting paid and little nuances in the contract are milked for all they’re worth.

We wanted to rent house from Romans, we went through all checks and week before we needed to move out of previous property they said that the tenant doesn’t want to move out. They didn’t offer another option, they were rude and ignorant.This is the office in Tilehurst.I do not recommend.
