GoogleWorst people to deal with. Came across a property on rightmove. Got an email few days later saying call the office for viewing. Called the office thinking this is exactly what I was looking for so let have a view. Then the story started, 1st a lady answered who was on her way out passed me on to Lenny turns out to be the same guy who messaged me and a partner at the estate agents. 1st told me the viewings are delayed after messaging me 10 minutes before to arrange a viewing, then tells me the seller wants to be flexible and may take their time with the sale, then tells me they already have offers on the property so they may not be interested in new offers. Absolute waste of time just to get peoples details on their books for properties that are not even available.

FacebookWe very much appreciate the time, effort, dedication, commitment and passion of Ben and the team in the past with the sale of our house. Their commitment was unwaning and they sold the house for us many times. We couldn’t find a property to move to and hence the project was never completed and is now on hold (due to us), but this is no reflection on the professionalism, ideas and enthusiasm of the team, particularly Ben. FacebookWe bought through Keegan White Estate Agents earlier this year and I have been meaning to leave a review ever since... Then I got side tracked by a pandemic! I cannot thank Keegan White enough for all they help they provided us with, particularly as we were very sorely let down by the estate agents we sold through. Paula was so incredibly helpful, guiding me through all of the necessary steps I needed to take that would have otherwise been undertaken by by our estate agent following the purchase of our old house. To say that she went above and beyond is an understatement! As an added bonus, Lenny also saved us thousands on carpets as we had been quoted an extortionate amount by one supplier so Lenny recommended another, who came in at half the price. If ever we decide to move again, I will certainly use Keegan White!

From the point of valuation they were head and shoulders above other estate agents and through the whole process Lenny, Nik, Paula, Miranda and the team were always on hand to offer advice, maintaining excellent honest communication throughout, from getting the house to market through to completion. They were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and whoever we spoke to were always aware of our current status and able to assist. In a nutshell Keegan White have totally changed my opinion of estate agents and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Fabulous service, thank you Keegan White!

From the outset they were highly efficient and gave great advice throughout the sales process and genuinely felt that they had our best interests at heart with any suggestions. Once sold, I was proactively kept updated and informed through to completion. They made the whole experience as stress free as possible and I can’t thank them enough. Charlotte was an absolute hero.

FacebookKeegan White are not your average estate agents. They go above and beyond. Lenny has been fantastic all the way through a very long, drawn out process which took 11 months to exchange. From viewing our house to offer took no time at all, less than a week, but Lenny has helped us through the loss of one house on exchange day to going through probate on another house to final exchange. At no point has he given up, he has chased the chain constantly. Every person I have come into contact with at Keegan White has been brilliant. I have no reservations about recommending them, I have already and will continue to do so.

Nik impressed us with his experience of the local market at the valuation and given our previous experience we decided to choose Keegan White as our seller agents. We've been thoroughly impressed with Nik, and Keegan White in general, during the selling process. They have been knowledgeable, transparent and attentive throughout. They made us feel valued as customers and provided a great filter for requests from the buyer to ensure the transaction went through as smoothly as possible for us. They chased up the buying chain to ensure the sale didn't lose momentum and we ended up completing just over 2 months from going to market. We would definitely recommend Keegan White for estate agent services in High Wycombe.

We had our house on the market with another estate agent as well (as we were looking for a quick sale in order to secure our onward purchase) and the experience we had with Keegan White was a breath of fresh air in comparison to the other agent. Estate agents have a reputation for being far from straightforward and potentially economical with the truth. Nick and Lenny at Keegan White were anything but. They were extremely transparent and a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

FacebookKeegan White have been fantastic since the start. The service they have provided, Both Nik & Lenny, has been second to none. I am extremely happy that I used Keegan White and didn't succumb to a 'High street' Name. I received the most professional, friendly and personalised service I could have asked for. Especially when I started to experience problems with other sections of the process, for example the chain of purchases and sales that my sales was in, and issues with my solicitors. Keegan White were quick off the mark to deal with these problems on my behalf, apply pressure where needed and resolve the issues with as little stress to me as possible ! These problems were not Keegan Whites fault or responsibility but, this didn't stop them chasing anyone and everyone on my behalf to ensure a smooth transaction could finally take place! I cannot recommend Keegan White enough, they are professional, highly experienced, diligent and friendly Estate agents, What more could you ask for ! I am an extremely happy customer !
