We recently moved into our new home through Keegan and White. From our initial enquiry, to the day of completion, the whole process was fantastic! Whilst there are always hurdles with house buying and selling, the team, and especially Ben, were always on hand to help flatten them out! Communication was excellent, and I always felt confident that they were on top of things, which gave us 100% assurance that things were always in hand. I'd have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending them to anyone considering a house sale or purchase!

I have just finished our second move with Keegan White and can say that we are really impressed with the service. Originally dealt with Charlotte who is always on the ball, willing to help and relatable, and then the remainder of the move was with Lenny. What we loved about Lenny was there was no rubbish, it was honesty and that is exactly what we needed, just clear answers of what is happening and real time schedules. Lenny always replied to my e-mails, even if he didn't have the answer he acknowledged my e-mails to say he is chasing his side. Amazed how Lenny remains calm in such a pressured environment - so bravo! It has been a stressful 7 months, but pleased we are now over the line and will recommend Keegan White to anyone I know wishing to move. Thank you Lenny and Team :)

Keegan White were very attentive and helpful throughout (thank you Charlotte especially) and in fact, they have persuaded me that using a good high street agency is essential, rather than an online only option. When our first offer fell through, losing a couple of months, Lenny White stepped in, as apparently he always does if a sale doesn't go as expected. New buyers were found straight away, a similar above asking price was negotiated, and just three months later, our house was sold. The experience was as stress free as could be and their property imagery and video tour using state of the art equipment made for outstanding property particulars which I'm sure helped a lot to sell the home so easily.

Lenny White was personally involved from the outset and offered no end of expert guidance and support (clearly borne from long experience in this space) throughout the process. The marketing effort truly exceeded our expectations, and the price achieved was above that predicted by any other agent. I believe this was in no small part due to the aforementioned marketing and very smart positioning of this unusual property by Lenny with prospective buyers. Lenny has then continued to hold our hand whilst the process has completed, stepping in on occasion to offer quick decision-making to help solve the small issues that occur during a sale. Very Helpful Agents I am writing this review not as a seller, but as a buyer of a property listed by Keegan White. I found all staff extremely helpful through every stage of the buying process, especially Charlotte. Charlotte and Lenny acted on every request in a very timely manner, which meant that communication between all parties was smooth throughout. I am fully aware that as the buyer I was not their client, but they acted with kindness and professionalism from start to finish. THANK YOU CHARLOTTE! Charlotte showed us around the property which we just exchanged on, she could see how much I loved it from the get go and I could already see how down to earth Charlotte is. Charlotte kept me informed throughout this whole process and no question was ever too silly, on top of this I became a massive nag and Charlotte reassured me many times of different things and was always willing to answer any questions and speak to me. What I love best is the fact Charlotte didn’t talk in all the Jargon, nothing was too stupid to ask, and was always happy to speak and explain in a way I could easily understand!
