informed 3-4 weeks turnaround time from when I liked a viewing of a flat or house. I thank God that Zaman from Chancellors called me back from my enquiry email. He took all the stress of my mind and actually told me, I can quote " Tahir-leave it to me. I'll get you in within 10 days". He lied to me. He actually finalised all the paperwork, along with the office team, and had the tenancy agreement signed by all parties within 5 days!! I'm over the moon to say the least and have a settled family. I have tried to sell my property through chancellors few years ago and was disappointed at the time & decided not to knock their doors. After seeing their recent success in selling properties in the area and having a very disappointing experience with 2 other agencies, I invited Chancellors to carry out a Market Appraisal and it was Ian Springell who introduced and convinced how Chancellors team have changed and improved recently and he was spot on and the turnaround time was amazing. Ian and team were extremely efficient in expediting the sale of my property swiftly and seamlessly. The team at chancellors were extremely helpful throughout the whole process from the advertisements to the viewings, open house and to the final sale. I have had feedback on viewings at every stage in the process and they have been very flexible, friendly and approachable. Once I agreed on the contract, it went pretty swift and smooth and I didn't have to worry about anything or give them a call even to find the status. I can't thank  Stephanie Furness enough. She showed high level of commitment and enthusiasm in selling the property and keeping my spirits up advising me at every stage of the process until and even after the  property was sold. Overall I received a service that was beyond satisfactory from  the Chancellors team and I would highly recommend them. At the same time she also ensured the purchaser was well taken care of and all was fair.I also would like to Thank Ian Springell for introducing me to this excellent team and the rest of the team including Karen Taylor & Hannah Morgan who kept me in loop at every stage they were involved in. Thanks again Stephanie for the high professionalism and working tirelessly to ensure the transaction went smoothly and successfully. Myself and my partner are first time buyers and have just exchanged on our first property with Chancellors High Wycombe. Our contact at the branch was Stephanie and she has been amazing throughout and has made our experience as stress free as possible, responding to any queries (and I had many) promptly and was always at the end of the phone if we needed to speak to her. From the first time we saw the house we knew it was the one for us, and Stephanie whilst acting for the sellers was as fair as she could be and was able to get us a viewing ASAP. Stephanie was also able to recommend a solicitors to act on our behalf who we used and they have been great. They also have financial advisors should you need them (we didn’t use them in the end but there was no pressure and they were happy to advise you even if you didn’t go ahead with them which was great). I would highly recommend this agency but especially Stephanie, we cannot thank you enough! Now we are just looking forward to getting the keys to our first home!

Still waiting……..now been told the property I was interested in is under offer !!! Steph has been amazing !! , We stared the gauntlet of estate agents at chancellors , Steph was so enthusiastic and professional we soon realised we didn't need to look any further. She took on the challenge to find us the BTL properties we were looking for, and even the mortgage we needed, via the in house mortgage advisor she introduced us to. She enthused me about buying a BTL in High Wycombe when I wasn't quite sure it was area I definitely wanted . We ended up buying two properties through Steph and Chancellors , She did exactly as she promised and gave us the heads up about suitable properties organising viewings as quickly as possible . She listened carefully to our wish list and only took us to ones she knew we would like saving us lots time . When it came to completion . She negotiated tirelessly and definitely saved the deal ! There is no doubt we wouldn't have made it without her ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chancellors & STEPH . She is "ON IT" ALL the time , often going above and beyond call of duty . An Asset to her team !
