The poorest service We've had while looking for a house to rent. They booked appointments two times in one month and both times canceled without letting us know. We've got time off work to see those houses and they totally waste our time and money from lost wages. When I phone to ask if someone is coming to show us the property they simply say that they can not get access to the house and that they left a message to tell us (which they din't) both times. When I tried to rearrange viewing for the first house they said its been let (I don't know how if they don't have an access) We would never deal with them again!

Me and my partner were in a tight squeeze to find a place, however with the help from Rob Cutler at chancellors we found somewhere quickly and we love the place. Both Rob and Ian who helped with the process made the whole experience near enough stress free and provided a friendly and professional service. The staff at chancellors were extremely helpful throughout the whole process of me and my partner renting a flat. I was dealing with Robert Cutler throughout, who was extremely helpful and was very quick to get back to me with any queries that I had. I recently enquired about some flats in the High Wycombe area and was looked after by a very competent young man called Adam. Although I didn't end up moving through a change of circumstance I was impressed by the speed, the efficiency and most of all the courteous service this young man offered myself and my partner.
