With a difficult market they achieved a very good price for our house which was above the asking price. We had a few bumps with purchasers on the way but the team were very positive and kept the viewings coming. Would recommend very highly. Everyone from the initial assessment, to the photographs, to completion were very proficient. Thanks again to the whole team.

They listen and respond to your requirements , very important to us as we are travelling a distance to view them. GoogleFrom Georgia first coming round for a valuation, to the end of the process with Julie doing the chasing around, everyone at Morton New has been fantastic and so helpful. All are really friendly, professional group who sold our house within a week and kept us in the loop continually. They are polite, understanding and very supportive all the way through especially when difficulties arose. They didn't mind explaining things for me to understand. I am so pleased we chose them to handle the process for us. Would definitely recommend using them.

In comparison with the agents we bought through they were polite, understanding and not pressing for answers to things we couldn't answer.
