GoogleGrateful thanks to the team at Moreton New Gillingham who were successful in selling my mother's retirement property. The previous agent had only a handful of viewings and no offers in six months. Morton New promised to use their best efforts to secure a buyer at close to the asking price, which they did, keeping us advised of progress once the sale was agreed. We would definitely recommend Morton New to local sellers looking for a great service - they are exceptional estate agents!

Both transactions have been handled so professionally by the whole team and I can honestly say that I have transacted over 20 properties in recent years but my experience with the team at Morton New has been the best. Your Senior Negotiator Georgia created an excellent impression from the start, combining an open, friendly manner with real professionalism in the way she presented the property and drew our attention to its many positive features without being in the least bit pushy. We met some old friends at the weekend and after telling them about the property we mentioned that we had found it through Morton New. Earlier this year they spent several months looking for a property in North Dorset and South Somerset. They eventually found one through another agent but they commented that of all the many agents they had dealings with Morton New stood out as the best, by a country mile. They particularly liked the intelligent, thoughtful and sensitive way you follow up viewings with a telephone call the next day, a practice which serves both your clients and potential purchasers so well. Our friends have bought, lived in, improved and sold many properties in this part of the world over the last thirty five years we value their views very highly, so as you can imagine we were delighted to have our good impression backed up by their more informed opinion. GooglePositive, efficient and always helpful! To everyone's surprise the sale of my property was a much longer process than expected. Despite this Morton New staff remained consistently professional throughout and were even an encouragement to me as time went on! I did not feel pressurised by them at any stage, but felt they 'had my back' at all times. They successfully managed numerous viewings and I feel overall their performance was exceptional. I'm glad they were the agents I chose.

Throughout what has been a very difficult purchase made even more challenging by the Covid 19 pandemic they have been most professional and efficient. Their Sales Progressors have done a sterling job in pushing the sale through, liaising with solicitors throughout the chain, whilst retaining good relationships and humour with their clients.
