FacebookWe had all sorts of bizarre problems when we bought our house and Rebecca, Jack and Caroline were always so helpful and supportive! The level of personal service is phenomenal. Can not recommend them enough. Don't even consider another agent.

Hi Eduards, I advised you at the time to speak to Citizens advise as they would explain what happens when you breach so many clauses within an AST. You had a pet in the property without permission, said pet urinated in electric sockets and throughout the property, the lawn was 'fed' with rotten food scraps causing a rat issue, we discovered unreported leaks that had caused damage. We were in contact with you and sent you many explanations as to why your small deposit of £450 approx was held back to go towards the damage we found. Please in future always gain permission to keep pets and do not allow them to foul inside properties, if you owned the house would you treat it differently? I wish you all the best in your new home. One of the emails sent to you has been copied below: Hello, Keeping a pet living in a property without permission is a breach of your tenancy agreement. Please seek your own legal advise on this. Unreported leaks and damage caused by your pet that was there without permission are all things that landlords can claim for unfortunately. The leak under the sink and bathroom were clearly visible. You have not paid for any improvement on the property as the landlord has paid for this themselves. Your deposit barely covered the repairs from the leaks that were not reported. The carpets had to be ripped up due to the cat urine smell. Kindest Regards, It is very easy to put a 1 star review on when angry but again please seek your own advise as ANY agency or landlord would have done the same, the house was in a state and the smell of cat urine hit you as soon as you walked in the door.
