I highly recommend Jack, Lindsay and the team, should you be looking for an agent to sell your property. Sincerity is all too rare these days, however, Jack and his team were transparent throughout and delivered both good and bad news professionally and thoughtfully. We had two failed cycles which were beyond the control and responsibility of Jack and his team. They kept going and got the job done. They managed the "human" element as well as the "process" very well.

Thank-you to Jack and the team for helping me throughout the sale. They were sensitive and kind as this was a deceased sale. No pressure at all. Gave me space when needed and very attentive when we went to market. Great marketing, especially the lovely photographs that did the house justice. Kept informed every step of the way. Special thanks to Caroline who even helped me to find a new home for a pet! Always be grateful. Highly recommend this agent if you want good service with the personal touch.

I recently sold my property with Jack Harrison and the whole experience was extremely positive. Jack and Lindsay were super proactive and responsive and we can't thank them enough for their help. As vendor we felt supported throughout the sale which was less straighforward, and we were able to use Jack Harrisons to get ourselves and our buyer clarity from the solicitors. Thank you both!

I would highly recommend Jack Harrison Estate for both looking for property & selling. The team were fully aware of my requirements and I was alerted of availability efficiently when suitable properties were available. The help & support we received whilst selling our property was invaluable & staff were friendly & professional. Again, the process for valuation, photos & advertising was very efficient with no pressure. In particular, Lindsay went above and beyond which allowed the process to be flawless with no stress. Having dealt with various other estate agents, there is nobody quite like the team at Jack Harrison’s Estate. Thank you all very much!

We actually found the house we wanted before selling ours so the pressure was on. Jack and the team were really quick at getting our house valued, photos taken and on the market. We had a steady flow of good quality, vetted viewings from the first week until they found our buyer. The chain was a little long and with the increase in Stamp Duty coming at the end of March, the pressure was rising. Jack, Lindsay and the team were so supportive and were constantly chasing the chain, updating us, reassuring us etc throughout the entire process. Really supportive. When we finally got to moving day on the 26th March, it was a joy to hand the keys over. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks for all of your help!

I recently sold my mother's house. From the very inital meeting with Jack himself, I felt I was in the hands of great people who care and who would do a professional job. I was not disappointed! Everything was done very efficiently and rapidly and very quickly, the sale was proceeding. Throughout, I was kept informed and always felt personal warmth and interest when I spoke to the office or called in person. Thank you to Jack and all the team. I would recommend them unreservedly.

Thank you so much to everyone at Jack Harrison's, and an especially big shout out to Rebecca what an amazing lady you are! Completed on our sale yesterday, and we couldn't have ask for a better service, their efforts were faultless and communication seamless. We have had little knowledge of the very hard work that went on behind the scenes, everything was completed to such a high standard and was stress free for us. Thanks Jack Harrison we are so very glad that we completed this massive journey with you by our sides.

Can't thank Jack and the team enough for their efforts in helping with our sale then purchase. We had a very stressful journey with the chain collapsing first time round but Jack supported us, and doggedly worked to help us secure the purchase and resale of our house. We're now the proud owners of a lovely bungalow and without Jack's professionalism and caring attitude we would have given up hope. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again Jack Harrison Estates.

I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough. Jack Harrison Estates manage our rental properties and do an outstanding job. Caroline and the team are on top of every detail. They strike the perfect balance between keeping you informed but not overburdening you. I feel completely confident that they will make appropriate decisions regarding our properties and always act in a timely manner. The team are fantastic at looking after both the landlord and the tenant. The service they offer is friendly, efficient, approachable and professional. They offer the best service of any estate agent I have dealt with and I am delighted with our decision to use Jack Harrison Estates.

I have used Jack Harrison for purchase in the past and sale most recently and they were amazing. Always happy to share their opinions, advice and knowledge. Very responsive and happy to help with chasing up other parties. The quality of experience was more outlined by the contrast to dealing with other estate agents. They are so much more personable and really take care of you. I wouldn’t use anyone else should I sell my house again and would hope to purchase with them too! Thank you especially to Lindsay and Jack, who I mostly corresponded with but the whole team were helpful!

I have found the whole team at Jack Harrison Estates to be a pleasure to deal with. Jack, Rebecca and the team are incredibly well informed and have really helped me navigate the minefield of simultaneously buying and selling a property (now I see why everyone said it was great to be a first-time buyer!) I have found their local knowledge to be particularly helpful as they have been able to advise me on my move based on many years of working in and around High Heaton.

Jack Harrison were fantastic when we decided to buy our new place with them. We found the perfect place on the first viewing and they made everything so easy and smooth! Rebecca was amazing and worked so hard for us. Darren the mortgage advisor was incredible, making everything real easy to understand (especially since we were first time buyers. ) We really couldn't have ask for a better team!

This is a well overdue review for Jack Harrison Estates and I keep singing their praises every time talk of an estate agent comes up with anyone who'll listen! The process of selling is stressful and having difficult experiences previously, I was nervous of having to go through this again after a loved one passed away. Jack Harrison and the whole team were such a great support from start to finish and so professional but also warm and friendly. They take real pride in their service and I could not recommend them more. Thank you once more.

Using Jack and his team, has been superb. The expertise they bring to the table has made our sale and purchase close to flawless. Selling and buying a home is fraught with stress and potential pitfalls, but the team kept us well informed throughout. They were easy to communicate with and so very helpful when needed. Jack is knowledgeable and thoughtful and sympathetic when handling the selling of your home, we trusted his insight every step of the way and deeply appreciated his insight, professionalism, and advice. If we have to sell again in the future I would not hesitate to use them again. Personally, I cannot speak more highly of them, I would recommend Jack and his Estate Agency in a heartbeat.

YVONNE & MARK I would highly recommend Jack Harrison estate agents. Nothing was too much trouble for Jack and his team (especially Rebecca and Caroline) during our recent house sale in High Heaton (sold within one day of marketing). Very friendly, professional, accommodating team. Would not hesitate to use Jack again or recommend to others. Thanks again Jack, Yvonne & Mark.
