I've just sold a property via Jack and his team and I'm very impressed with the service and professionalism. They provided excellent and reasoned advice on how to market the property which resulted in dozens of vewings. Throughout the whole process I always felt informed and my questions were always answered quickly. I always got a phone call when I was promised one - in my experience that's very rare and very refreshing. The sale went as smoothly as it could have done, and being kept up to date made all the difference. A first class service and I would have no hesitation recommending them.

We have bought and sold with Jack and on each occasion the service from Jack and his team were exemplary. It was really reassuring to have someone on hand who knows the local market better than anyone. Moving house is always a difficult process but we felt superbly looked after; we were given regular updates on what was happening and what would happen next. Jack and Rebecca do what they say they will and we felt in very safe hands. I have recommended JHE and the attached mortgage adviser to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

We have just sold our house through Jack Harrison Estates and found the level of service provided excellent. From the initial valuation through to completion Jack and his team made the whole process run as smoothly as possible. Levels of communication were consistently high, return phone calls prompt, and we were kept fully updated throughout. Everyone working within the team is approachable, professional and friendly, exactly what you would want from a local estate agent. Thankyou to you all.

I knew I was dealing with a highly professional outfit as soon as I met Jack Harrison and Rebecca Chubb. They quickly sold my house, made a great price for me, sorting out all of the problems buyers and solicitors threw up. If I ever buy or sell again, I would not hesitate to deal with them. They have been by far the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Without question, they gave me a five star service and their fee was worth every penny I paid.

We are a couple going through a tough long distance move from different counties and found this agency to help us process the new tenancy. All I can say is that they were very efficient and with excellent communication. Professional but also had a friendly vibe. They made all the effort to make sure we had everything that we needed. Happy with the service. Thanks!

Recently exchanged contracts on a house being sold by Jack Harrison and blown away by how helpful and supportive they've been. Lindsay, Jack and Rebecca have all been incredible and have provided brilliant advice and unrivalled service during a very stressful 12 months. Can't recommend enough, for buying, selling or renting.

I couldn't have ask for more from Jack and his team - a truly personal service. From start to finish, the service was a great combination of friendly and extremely efficient. Everything from valuation, viewings, summary of offers and actual sale was done extremely well and without any delays. Jack gave great advice along the way and the rest of his team were equally good. 5/5 without question.
