I was try to buy house for let from this agent. Got accepted offer last week and all documents was in place with them . Yesterday Senior Negotiator called me for details of my solicitor and I told them I will send them today . Today I got called from them and they told me “ they got high offer from different person ….. “and they need to cancellation my application ( when my offer was accepted first and were start our process to buying this property) never got that can of experience before….absolutely bad !! Never recommend to nobody !,

Put our house in the market at a difficult time but right from the start the team were upfront with us and managed our expectations well throughout the course of the sale. They (Conor and Michaela) dealt with all the viewings and all my queries efficiently. Even when I wasn’t asking, Conor called me regularly so I was fully up to date with progress. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleNikki and Becky from the mortgage advice team have been great. This is the secound time using them and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. They make the mortgage process really easy. I was shocked to have our mortgage application accepted in just 2 days, considering everything going on at the moment and lockdown. Highly recommended.
