We recently sold our house through Ryder and Dutton in Rawtenstall and I can't believe how helpful and friendly they were. From the beginning Graham dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner and he really didn't seem to mind all the silly little questions I kept asking him. We also had the pleasure of having the sale handled by Roisin, who was always very understanding, friendly and helpful, and Janet who was absolutely amazing. Janet really went above and beyond and got me through a very traumatic time. Nothing was too much trouble and it was so reassuring to know Janet was just at the end of a phone call. She made me feel like I was her priority. I don't think I could have got through it without her. They are an absolutely amazing team of people and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Everyone kept in contact, they priced my house correctly so the sale was quick, they were very informative about the process and they were just brilliant! A special shout out to Zoe Waterhouse, she explained everything well, kept us in the loop, and was so so lovely! Thank you for completing our house for us Zoe!
