We were passed to Oliver who secured lots of viewings and obtained a full asking price offer on our property. We don't take holding deposits from multiple applicants for the same property. We take one holding deposit from the applicant that the Landlord would like us to proceed with. If that applicant passes the referencing process the holding deposit will then form part of the first months rent. I hope that helps to clarify how holding deposits work.

His evaluation for the proposed asking price was also accurate.My first sale continued in the Ashton office where I dealt with Ashleigh whom I found to be pleasant and accomodating at all times.
