I recently sold a property through Ryder and Dutton, the sale took a long time to complete, which was not anybody’s fault it was a series of unavoidable situations.However, I must say that the office was good and especially Geraldine Marsden, who took over the sale once a buyer had been found.One point that was so helpful was that Geraldine would contact me to say “ There’s no progress as yet, but I’m chasing it” This at least gave me the confidence that I had not been forgotten.Excellent service and thank you Geraldine.

Well, what can I say! If you are looking for a mortgage advisor, who works beyond her hours, keeps you upto date with information constantly and advises you with all your best options, as well as explaining everything clearly and precise, and being completely open and honest, then Nikki is your lady! To top it off, have another lovely lady keep you fully informed with the progress of your application and deal with the solicitors and insurances for you. I cannot thank Nikki and Becky enough. We experienced exceptional service provided by Leon James and Sue at Ryder and Dutton, Rawtenstall.We have been extremely impressed with Leon's dedication and professionalism throughout our interactions. He has consistently gone above and beyond to facilitate our visits to to the property which was empty ensuring we could show tradespeople the property for the necessary works. Last week, Leon met us at the property as we had tradespeople coming to provide quotes. I was purchasing my first house from Ryder & Dutton. Initially I found that I would get a few phone calls which would have been best directed to my solicitor and not myself. Once I moved from this initial person (Amber) to the lady who dealt with me more throughout (Geraldine) this improved a lot more. Geraldine kept me informed throughout and made the process much more straight forward and was a good person to ask questions to in what is a relatively stressful process

Move Managers

We didn't sell with Ryder & Dutton but we bought a property they were selling. We had a few issues along the way with our sale and one of the move managers, Geraldine Marsden, was so helpful and informative in terms of the progress and updates. Despite not selling with them, she continuously provided updates, chased things for us and then as always pleasant and contactable when required.
