I was recommended Pattinson's in alnwick from a family member when we were thinking about putting our house on the market. They have certainly not disappointed, main reason being Claire. She has been excellent throughout keeping me informed of all updates and next steps etc. When other parties have been slow she has been brilliant being pro active and chasing people and getting results. It is company policy for all buyers to be financially verified prior to viewing a property, this is even more important at the moment as we are in a national lockdown and although house moves are still able to take place, we need to ensure that the buyers we are sending into peoples homes are in a position to proceed with a purchase. I assure you that all of the sellers of the properties you requested to view were advised of your viewing request and they made the decision to decline your viewings, which you have been advised of.
