The crew at Pattinson estate agents on the fell were so helpful when my wife and I called in to ask them questions about the areas we were interested in ,They have fantastic local knowledge and were extremely helpful in every action .Helen the manager pointed us in the direction we could take and Jordan Duffy our agent showed us what we asked to see .Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely be doing future business with them .. a fab little team working very professionally

Pattinson Heaton Branch (NE6) to be precise were marvellous. Hayley in particular alongside the rest of the office diligently dealt with our requests, phonecalls, emails and kept well-updated in regards to our property purchase. They are a great team and will certainly look forward to working with them again God willing the chance opportunes again. Whilst I must confess I did contact and hassle them with bombarding phonecalls to devastating effect; Hayley dealt with me fantastically updating me more than my own lawyers! Thoroughly and genuinely recommended!

Avoid at all costs, very high over inflated unjustifiable fees. Scam you into contracts with solicitors fees and still charge you full even not using their solicitors.Mess you about by moving the property to Auctions which will waste your time and reduce the value of the property.

Sold my house with the whickham branch Lyndsay and Ian have been amazing and helped us through every step of the way! I would definitely recommend the service always call you back and answer your queries and always very helpful, I didn’t feel they were pushy with ‘getting the sale’ and the fees were really good! They did everything to market my property and we’re fabulous throughout the sale I would definitely recommend this team they are very knowledgable and friendly too!

i put a offer in for a property with pattinson at peter lee which got accepted, which then i sent proof of funds by email, which the lady who worked there natalie harbord, she didnt even notice until i told her 4 days later, then i asked her some information about the property which then she took another 3 days to get back to me, then i was busy last week catching up with work with the back log with covid and miss her calls 3 times, i had no emails or a call at the week end, then she calls me saying the vendor has gone somewhere else because of lack of communication, she reckon she sent me voice mails which i dont have one, i think this is very poorly on there behalf and building up peoples hopes and letting them down all because they are not doing there job right in the first place.

The most frustrating experience ever and I still don't have the keys to the property I've just purchased. The vendor was 1 week late with no penalties, I would have been charged hundreds of pounds. Pattinson did nothing to help.I sent the funds 4 days ago, I had to chase everyone to get any kind of response. I was then called by Pattinson after sales team to let me know I can collect the keys (no phone call from the estate agent) and all I was provided with was a phone number and company name. I've since called 4 times with no answer or response. It's a small agent which doesn't look trustworthy at all.No office staff to pick up calls! £155k spent with nothing to show for it and from start to finish. The only person willing to help is a girl in the North West team called Ellen. Everyone else was completely incompetent from start to finish. Don't use this firm, they don't care once they have their money. There's plenty of other Auction houses I've used in the past which are far better and much more helpful.

Very poor customer service.Lies after lies! Highly advise anyone to stay clear. £6000 fee if you win a auction with them, was lied when asked questions about a house iv bought not disclosing all the information the company should have done, I have asked for recored called but strange enough for a professional company not to have there calls recorded on the certain dates requested, still waiting for the sale to go through and once the sale as gone through will be losing more money due to the lie and false information from the vendor, I have never know a company (person) who can't deal with a issue had to get there Partner/husband or so to ring up and try and belittle me? Very professional.This is a business that will stand other anything just to get a sale but can't have consistently of aftersales and customer service...Also I wonder how many other people they have used manipulated bids with?

My experience with Wendy Burbridge for the very limited time she was involved went very well, however the whole process of selling using the Patterson nominated solicitor was terrible and took forever to get completion on the basis that it was a cash sale and the buyer never had a building survey.When attempting to contact the actual solicitor phone calls were never returned neither were emails.
