GoogleOur parents house sale went threw today and we are so happy to support Redmove with our review.
We chose them because of their calm, efficient and helpful manor. They exceeded our expectations.
From the start they not only gave good advice, but also listened to what we wanted and best of all kept us updated all the time.
Ones we had a buyer they constantly kept the sale rolling as Best they could. Always getting back to us after communicating with the solicitors from both sides and the buyers.
We also chose them because they are local to us. So we could drop things off and have one to one meetings when needed without having to go into town.
For anyone new to buying/selling a house, we would advise choosing a conveyancer/solicitor carefully as some work from home and can be difficult to contact. Slowing things down.
In addition they might not have the experience to give relevant advice when needed. This can also slow the process down.

During the conveyancing process, there is often a woeful lack of information provided which makes clients anxious, particularly if other important arrangements have to be made. Natalie went out of her way to keep us informed and showed real empathy in the stressful situation in which we found ourselves as there were a number of problems associated with the move. I would recommend Natalie and Redmove unreservedly as the firm is client focussed, compassionate and thoroughly professional.
