An EA that doesn’t employ just any sales person, fantastic team…

After having several sales and purchase offers fall through we decided to come off the market then try with a new EA. We chose Move Residential for 2 reasons, firstly because it didn’t sound like a sales pitch when we discussed the sale of the property and secondly their innovative way of charging commission. Throughout the whole process calls were followed up, reps knew exactly where we were with the sale and they are just a great bunch of people. After sales continued to exceed our expectations and Jen was marvellous at keeping us up to date and chasing when needed.. whole team breath of fresh air that we cannot recommend enough!!

I couldn’t ask for more

I couldn’t ask for more! All team was incredibly supportive starting with the viewing until I get to see the keys from my first house in the hand! They made everything look easy and they were extremely patient with me as a first time buyer. I’ve been asked if I have a mortgage advisor and because I didn’t had one, I’ve asked them to recommend one for me. They recommended David and… David is more than I could ask for! He found the best mortgage for me and worked in my best interest. Overall, the best possible experience that I could have!

This is a mixed review as the beginning…

This is a mixed review as the beginning of the process was extremely far from professional. I understand vendors have tricky demands and wishes however it is moves obligation to stay professional and legal. In my experience, I was told the vendor said my offer would only be accepted if I used move residential in house services such as legal services and mortgage services. As a first time buyer, I was completely unaware of the Estate Agents Act 1979, and said yes to the offer. This meant to had to let other people down such as a mortgage broker I had already started with and a solicitors I had already enquired with. In hindsight, I have completed and for that I am happy. Yet, I think it’s extremely important to note this experience as I do not want someone else in my position, it was unfair and misleading. The sales negotiator should of pushed back on the vendor and explained forcing to take specific legal services is not acceptable. I would of put 5 stars alone for Jenny Thomas and Lucy from the sales progression team, they both were amazing. I really cannot thank Jenny enough for all her hard work and taking all my 10000 phone calls. You’re the best asset to the move residential team, and without you this review would definitely be extremely lower.

We are first time buyers and had been looking at properties and mortgages for a few months before becoming overwhelmed with the feeling of not knowing what we are doing! We decided that we needed assistance with the process and after asking around for recommendations and looking at reviews we decided we would go with a mortgage broker at Move Residential. We were assigned James and had our first meeting with him at the office promptly after choosing to use this service. In the meeting, everything was explained to us exactly at the level we needed and we were left feeling confident, excited and reassured. James kept in touch with us at all times through a lengthy process due to difficulties with the first home that we tried to purchase. He offered advice and assistance at every stage and I was never left feeling like I couldn't get in touch as often as we needed to, which ended up being a lot due to the house! We cannot thank Move Residential, Heswall enough for the excellent care and attention they took on our recent move. We had lived in our property for 36 years when we put it on the market, a decision which we sadly had to make because of my husband’s disabilities. We had been on the market for over a month with another Estate Agent with absolutely no viewings. I had looked at a couple of properties that were on with Move Residential and they asked if they could come and look at our house to see if they could help. Within a week of being with Move we had several people through the door, all of whom seemed interested and by the second week we had an offer of the full amount. We had already looked at the Bungalow on with Move and was instantly taken with it, so to also have our offer accepted within the same week was amazing, I think we were in shock at how quickly things progressed with Move. The Sales Team were fantastic and then Jenni rang to introduce herself (what a lovely touch). Jenni was always at the end of the phone or email with her positive and empathic approach. The Solicitors did what they always do and took their time with everything, hampered on with the fact the Land Registry had lost the Probate documents for the Bungalow. As Christmas approached we were beginning to think the move would never happen, but low and behold on the very last Friday before Christmas it finally happened. We could not be happier we love our new abode and we thank everyone at Move Residential Heswall but especially Jenni - she just understood everything we were going through and did everything she could to make things as smooth as possible. From the day we set eyes on our forever home they have gone above and beyond to make our experience simple and hassle free.We decided to go in house with our mortgage advisor and Dave Goulding has been with us every step of the way. Fantastic Estate Agents

Fantastic estate agents from start to finish! Thank you so much to all of the staff at Move Residential but in particular to Alec & Rachel who were mainly involved in the sale of our house in Heswall. Our house sold very quickly once put on the market with Move and even though the initial house sale fell through, with the help of Move we were able to secure another offer within 5 days which is incredible. Especially given that there were other similar properties on the market with other estate agents that were taking a long time to sell. The staff at Move are very easy to get hold of and dealt with any enquiries very quickly. They are very professional and we were always kept informed of any changes. I would not hesitate to recommend Move Residential to anyone wanting to sell their home.
