Move Residential were very good during our sales process. We hit a stumbling block with a previous sale but they waited patiently for this to be sorted out.They were realistic with the initial asking price, generated loads of interest with good offers and managed the conveyancing process well from both sides.As far as I am concerned, if I was selling a house in Liverpool I would always recommend Move Residential. I would like to thank Matt, Sophie and Liam from start to finish.

The team at Moves from start to finish were professional, courteous and more importantly in tune with the market. We originally went with one of the perceived competitors who in thirteen weeks managed one viewing with an offer 7% below the asking price. We switched to Moves and from day one had the right people viewing and offers that we were very happy with.It is important to have an estate agent with a client list of serious prospective buyers. Outstanding service

Move Residential and in particular Jenni from the sales progression team did a great job on what proved to be a very difficult sale. This made all the difference in getting the sale over the line, its easy to put an advert on the Internet but it takes a lot of work to get the deal done. I would always recommend using an agent who has a high street presence, online only agents can be a bit cheaper but you get what you pay for.

Tenants beware!

My experience with this agency is regarding a tenancy agreement in which I am the tenant. Customer service is not good from the start, being the tenant, probably because of profit motive, I have a strong feeling that they are overwhelmingly protective of the landlord's interests. Some basic information are part and partial, as a result, costing unnecessary high utility bills. I think rental management may not be their main income source and the tenants are at the bottom of the pile. Where is the revenue, without tenants or why not do away with this rental management business.I won't consider using it when I look for a place to buy.Follow-up:This agency called me asking me to take this review down or revise without admitting their problem.I have asked for opinion from Reddit, if talking about obligations, the agency could just told me to handle everything by myself, and I would have sort it out by myself including the installation and the subsequent payments.But instead they have tried to provide part and partial information leading me to believe that it is their job to handle the utilities arrangement. It is all unnecessary if they have either been professional enough.The worst is when they claim they have sent me a email they haven't even checked the record to verify.

Brilliant work from Heswall team called…

Brilliant work from Heswall team called to view a property and spoke to Alex, whom was extremely helpful and brilliant at suggesting other properties to view. I was on a extremely tight time schedule and was very awkward to work around with at times but the team managed to fit me in and show me around properties when I needed to. I was running 10 minutes late to one of my viewings with move and the viewing person I think his name was Rhys was so polite and told me not to worry. He was also extremely helpful, honest and answered the questions I asked. The team at move residential have made me believe that stressful times can become easy. I would highly recommend move to anyone and I hope heswall team the best. :)

My house sold super quick with Move....

After a bad experience with another estate agent I changed over to Move Residential completely feeling deflated from my experiences prior and with very high expectations and they did NOT disappoint. They should be a benchmark for all estate agents on how to provide a committed, caring and excellent service. From the moment I was left in the capable hands of David I felt completely at ease that my house sale was in the right hands and he provided me with more useful information and advice in just one phone call than I had ever received over the last 4 months of being with the previous estate agent. I also want to say thank you to Charlotte and Hollie who kept me up to date throughout the whole process and did a fabulous job marketing my property. Highly Recommend the Allerton Road branch

I bought my property through the Allerton Road branch. As a First Time Buyer I thought the service I received was excellent. The team were professional and kept me updated throughout the whole process. As someone who didn't know how the house buying process worked, Jenni was very patient with me, even when I called her 5 times day with a million and one questions. Everything ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend Move to my family and friends and if I sell my home in the future, I will be using Move to sell it.

So very very impressed

So very very impressed with the progress team especially Jenni Mitchell who handled the sale of a flat we were buying. She worked so hard as a conduit between us as buyers and the sellers - a true professional service. We were kept informed at all times she was there for us. Great experience

We were first time buyers and had our eyes on a lovely bungalow, spoke to Alec who got us booked in. A day before the viewing he called to say a beautiful property has been valued and ready for viewings, 3 days later offer accepted. Jen then looked after us, negotiated a few snags from the survey. Completion day was amazing, a lovely phone call from Holly saying “congratulations” and we had a New Home card from Move Residental waiting for us at our new home! We was previously looking at houses with another local EA and felt pressured into viewing properties we didn’t like, this wasn’t the case with Move Residental. It felt like a bespoke first class service.

Move Residential were professional and efficient throughout our sale and purchase process. We had an offer very quickly for our house but the real value came from Holly in the Sales Progression team. There was a long chain so an awful lot to juggle but Holly coordinated the process fantastically and kept everything moving and progressing. A review of our experience

The valuation and getting people to view the property - I couldn’t fault Move’s work in this area. They were proactive and managed the viewings well. Offers - Move handled this stage proficiently, with background info on each offer, showing they had vetted the individuals to some extent. Post sales progression - this is an area that initially let us down. When we needed Move to take the reins and provide sound advice following a request for a reduction, we felt that Move handled the communications poorly. The sale broke down at the last minute, which meant the process started all over again. However once Holly Taylor took over we couldn’t fault the service. Holly was always available for a call and provided a high level of service that made the process much easier and from offer to completion was ~ 4 -6 weeks. Panel of solicitors - Move has a panel of solicitors which we decided to use for ease of communication between all parties. However, the solicitors we used was not very proactive and I would need recommend these again.

Get your very own slow service, slow communication and unsatisfactory experience here! Enjoy having to call multiple times over basic issues, whether maintenance or administration! But don’t worry - it still won’t get sorted! You can just put up with it, and the rude staff who answer the phone! We just go through the landlord directly - so if you want inefficiency and to waste some money, this is the place for you!A football club might actually be more pain-free?So if you want useless, inefficient and terrible customer service, die inside with Move Residential today!
