GoogleAWFUL COMPANY!! WE RENTED A LUXURY APARTMENT FROM THEM THAT WAS FILTHY WITH THICK COBWEBS ON THE LIGHTS, CEILINGS AND WALLS. IN MOST ROOM!! SENT THEM PHOTOS ASKING TO HAVE THE APARTMENT CLEANED BUT THEY IGNORED US , KEPT EMAILING AND PHONING BUT THEY WEREN'T INTERESTED AS WE PAID THE 6 MONTHS UP FRONT .GOT A CLEANING COMPANY IN FOR A DEEP CLEAN BUT AGAIN THEY WEREN'T INTERESTED IN PAYING THAT EITHER. THEY CHARGED US FOR CLEANING WHEN WE VACATED AND WE LEFT THE APARTMENT CLEANER THAN WE RECEIVED.. FOUND THEM VERY RUDE ONCE WE LEFT AND KEPT OUR POST DENYING THEY HAD IT WHEN THE NEW TENANTS SAID THEY DID. PLENTY OF AGENTS IN BOREHAMWOOD, WOULD RECOMMEND AVOIDING WINKWORTHS.

greedy agency not believing in someone when they tell them they have 10 years of tenancy in a house, all they want is someone to make a lawyer, doctor or someone working in the house of Parliament salary to rent a property from them, absolutely a disgrace of an estate agent company.

Knowledgeable at first and we could have gone with them but frustrating when consistently giving inadequate email replies to important questions and coming across as too relaxed and then petulant when we eventually went with another agent who was more on the ball.
