GoogleHaving been both a tenant with Pikes and now a landlord, I've found them to be helpful and informative every step of the way. Supportive from a tenant's perspective (even when the landlord wasn't) and they really made the effort in helping me navigate the the process of renting out my first property. Thanks again guys :o)

GoogleCourteous and professional, purchase went smoothly and kept me in the loop. One thing I would add would be to self introduce yourselves guys when answering the phone but apart from that I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for your patience and help.

GoogleThe member of staff that I dealt with when renting a property took us around to view a property and spent the whole time playing Pokemon go. When it came to signing the contract there were lots of fees that he did not tell me about, he seemed and still seems very unhelpful and uninterested in his job.

I have faced so many problems since letting a property through Pikes. They have let themselves into my house without notice and demanding to speak with me (once when I was still in the shower) on several occasions. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. If only I knew this was what I was getting into...be warned.

Didn't look at reviews before I rented with them but ended up better than my last agent, all important problems fixed and deposit came back in full...but we cleaned the hell out of the house! Loads of my friends didn't get their full deposit but they lived like slobs...would rent from them again.

Useless workers. Have had multiple problems with the house including leaks, blocked pipes and mould, reported to the agents which results in empty promises being made. They say they will do something which never actually happens. Staff are rude and unhelpful all round.Never using Pikes again. Avoid.

I would give the 0 stars but that's not an option . Some of the staff have no respect for their customers. Iv been waiting more than 6 weeks to get my deposit back. Totally unacceptable.The have really bad organisation AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS !!

GoogleI have been renting with pike for years in 4 different property's they have always been very respondent to any maintenance issues that have arise and never had any problems with deposits being returned when vacating one of there property's, 5 starts!!

They provide terrible customer service and with any of my current dealings they have been persistently rude and ignorant. They are unprofessional and unable to cooperate and handle simple tasks. They lack respect for the customer. AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
