Today is completion day on the second house we have sold within a year using Dean and Dierdre! When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best! The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not. They take a personal interest in the vendor and purchaser and are always available, day or night to provide their professional advice and guidance. If you are looking to sell or buy a home - choose Ewe Move, you will be very glad you did!

The heart and soul of estate agents. Dean and Dierdre took an active interest in our journey. They were ALWAYS available, and we were supported by regular visits and phone calls. Harriet and Sophie were both extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Despite the urgency surrounding our tenancy and the tight timeframe we were working with, they were incredibly understanding and accommodating of our circumstances. Originally went with different agents before Ewe Moves and were really let down. Swiftly changed to Dean who instantly obtained a really good asking price on the first weekend of viewings. Due to market instability it actually fell through and again on the 1st round of viewings they got me the exact same price. I have no idea how they got me really good offers so easily when other agents got nothing. This was really important as we didn't lose the house we were buying. 🙏 We've now exchanged and these guys were chasing everyone all the way through. They do all the viewings themselves (which I learned how important that is) they both have the in-depth local knowledge. They kept us informed, always answer the phone, always chasing everyone to get the deal over the line. They weren't the cheapest agent but certainly are the best in cheam by a long long way. They got me thousands more than other agents could have and they are worth every penny. Honestly, if you live in cheam just go straight to these guys.

My sister and I were selling our mums property through another agent in a different area and our buyer was selling through Ewe Move. After many months of being lied to, by our agent, who refused to give me any details of other agents I gave a deadline to exchange which is when I contacted Ewe Move after their details were given to me. Our agent only spoke to us when we called and when we did speak it was always confrontational as they hid behind emails. I only spoke to Ewe Move for the first time last week and they explained where their buyer was in relation to our pending exchange, although they didn’t need to speak to me as I was not their client. I was extremely surprised that they even had the courtesy to call me and update me which was the polar opposite of our own agent. They told me the truth and if I lived in the area they cover I would have absolutely no hesitation to instruct them when I sell my house. I previously worked as an estate agent for over 20 years and know how important customer service is and I can honestly say that in the brief time I spoke to Ewe Move they are the only estate agent I have come across that do what they say. Avoid Renting With Them at All Costs

Please avoid renting with them at all costs! They will find every excuse to keep your deposit. Watch out for their Checkout Guide issued at end of tenancy. It contains rules never in your tenancy agreement, forcing you to use their own unregistered preferred cleaner or face charges. We paid for a professional clean but were still charged £450! When a water leak occurred, they refused to help, told us to contact the landlord and speak to the upstairs neighbour ourselves. The resulting damage was then charged back to us at checkout! Our Victorian flat had single-glazed windows and poor insulation. Mould was there from day one yet they charged us for it! Be warned: DKH holds your deposit themselves under the mydeposits Insured Scheme. We disputed £532 and recovered only £192. Fight for your money or you will not see it again.

It would be impossible to overstate the chasm of difference between this agent and those I had tried previously to sell my home. Dean and Dierde, the owners, go far above and beyond the normal expectations, they have been incredibly supportive to me at a very stressful time, having had to sell and relocate myself and my 3 children at short notice. We have been working with Dey King & Haria Estate Agents for around seven years. Before appointing them, we had experience with a number of local letting agents in the Watford area, and what stood out with Dey King & Haria was how personable and knowledgeable they were, together with their proactive approach to managing our properties. Over the years, we have found them very good at finding practical solutions when issues arise and, where necessary, finding sensible middle ground with tenants while still protecting our position as landlords. That balance is not always easy to achieve, but in our experience, they manage it very well and in a way that feels fair to everyone involved. We have a double-digit property portfolio which we feel is exceptionally well managed. Void periods are kept to a minimum with a consistent focus on securing good-calibre tenants, rents are reviewed regularly and with a strong understanding of the local market, and there is always a considered approach to rent increases, with the aim of achieving the best possible return while remaining mindful of market conditions, tenant retention and the wider position. Equally, they remain mindful of a tenant’s position without compromising the landlord’s interests or the proper management of the property. We have dealt predominantly with Ketz during our time with the agency but have always found the wider team to be equally welcoming, approachable and caring. We have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Dey King & Haria. If you are looking for a letting agent that thinks a little differently, is forward-thinking and proactive, but without compromising standards or cutting corners, we would have no hesitation in recommending them.
