We found a property online via Rightmove and made contact with Robert Love of the sales team who was very helpful at liaising with the seller for viewings and upon completion organised the keys handover efficiently. The company were easy to contact and we were impressed. The sales process was passed onto the Progression team to liaise with during the sale for any queries.

My experience with BHS was as a buyer. my first contact was with Robert Love (I Love his surname ) and he did his best to get the deal going.the guys from the progression team Charles Gale and Charlie Simpson are the ones that did an amazing job keeping the communication at top level.excellent throughout customer service. Definitely would recommend BHS to anyone either selling or buying.

Great experience from start to finish. Communication was always swift, any update we required then our case handler Charles would be available. Some nice little touches too where they offer a moving in service where they set up utilities and services for you free of charge! We didn’t end up using it but we should have!All round would have no hesitation in recommending BHS.Thanks guys.Rob and lorn.

The whole team was amazing start to finish, Charles in particular was an incredible help. Dealing with the estate agents was the only part of the buying process where I knew exactly what was happening and when. I knew as soon as I emailed/texted Charles I'd have a reply quickly. All my questions were answered and honestly without Charles I'd have probably given up!
