GoogleWe absolutely love this property, the space is big and open & the balcony is fantastic. We have had a pretty disappointing experience with the maintenance of the property when we arrived however. The kitchen tap is loose & covered in Limescale causing a significant leak into the kitchen, the washing machine was full of mould, stained and ripped curtains along with many other things. Sadly this has tainted our experience quite a lot.

GoogleRecently started renting a house through Rent. Hertford and couldn’t rate them higher, from booking in the viewing to answering all my questions the staff are all very helpful and friendly. I really liked the online referencing and management to get the rent setup, it made the process very quick and efficient I was able to put in an offer and move in within a week! Very good service would recommend to anyone thank you team!

GoogleMargaret does a fantastic job as managing agent for the property that I have rented for over 5 years now. She is always extremely responsive and ensures I have a plumber/electrician or whatever I may need promptly. Rent Hertford is a small, local and privately run business where you get all the benefits of an independent, caring, hands on service. I’ve rented all my life and Rent Hertford are by far the best landlords/agents I’ve had, genuinely concerned if I’m unhappy and always fair in their approach and make me feel supported. Coupled with their regular inspection visits and a good network of trades support for maintenance and emergency repairs, Chase provide a First Class service! I recommend them without reservation.
