GoogleI couldn’t recommend Morgan Alexander enough, we worked with their agent Michael to sell our property and he was incredible throughout. Communication was impeccable and we really felt Michael had our best interests in mind and worked in partnership with us (rather than pushing us in to decisions as other agents often do) which was so important to me. If you’re buying or selling your house, ask for Michael, you won’t regret it!

The quality of pictures and general marketing was spot on and it helped us generate lots of demand for our property. GoogleWe have recently both bought and sold through Morgan Alexander. Throughout the process on both sales Westley, Michael and the whole team have been brilliant from start to finish. In particular we valued that the team had a great knowledge and understanding of the local market which provided us with really sound advice about the process, great marketing with professional pictures and the use of social media and fantastic contactablility and responsiveness. Fundamentally there was willingness to assist the process to keep it moving along sensibly, rather than making a sale and leaving the process happen which we really appreciated. Overall we were really happy and would absolutely recommend Morgan Alexander to anyone in the local area either looking to buy or sell a property.

I heard a couple of good reviews about one of the guys here, but unfortunately, i got the other one. Overall it seemed to me that he wanted to do the least work possible, trying to persuade me to go with the first (low) offer I got. He was slap dash and once I had accepted an offer I felt really bullied by him to do everything for the benefit of my buyers, including me moving into rented as there was a delay with the property I was buying. It certainly didn't seem like he was working for me or that I was the one paying his fee. At the end when we were negotiating a completion date which was difficult he told me that he couldn't deal with this any more and we would have to sort it out via our solicitors. At that point I said I couldn't deal with him any more, which I should have said right at the start. The owner took over and was so much better to deal with but never apologised or asked what the problem was.

We were the only one on the road to sell, and achieved the highest price on the street which is testament to the teams work. Very happy in our new home and with the service provided. We're so glad we decided to go with Morgan Alexander. We were really impressed with their friendly, honest, professional and high quality approach from the very beginning. We dealt mainly with Westley and Nick who quickly understood our needs, were very proactive about marketing and selling as well as finding us a new place that met all our requirements and that we love!
