GoogleI recently engaged Anthony Lettings for a home tenancy, as moving back to the UK from overseas. Throughout the entire process the entire team have made the engagement and negotiations very simple and transparent. Marc/Anthony especially have been exceptional. I would fully recommend their services to anyone in the area.

GoogleAnthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord

GoogleI have known and been a tenant via Anthony Lettings for a number of years now. Marc, Luke and co have always been professional and helpful in their communication and their knowledge of local industry is second to none. Genuinely excellent business! Am now renting second property via them. Always available and most recently rectified me forgetting my keys within 15 minutes of me calling them! Keep up the great work!

GoogleA well run and professional lettings agency (unlike some in the area). Luke was fantastic and prompt with all my enquiries and spent several weeks trying to find me somewhere that suited my current criteria.

TrustpilotTenants Be carefull !!!!.
Be carefull !!!!. They were professional as long as I continue the tenancy and showed their real face when I checked out. They tried their best to loot all my deposit amount showing many silly reasons, fortunately Mydeposit scheme saved me and they assessed completely and sttled most of my deposit amount. I don't recommend Anthony Lettings as I have never seen such a greedy Lettings.

GoogleI was totally happy with the professional and friendly approach by the Lettings Consultant, Luke, who dealt with my application for property rental in November '22. He kept in touch with me at all times and showed that he cared about keeping me as a prospective tenant. Also, I was new to the area and he provided good insight into the available facilities and attractions.

GoogleHad been looking for a place to let for a while and Luke has shown myself and my partner around to a few places and even helped us view one we were very keen on as soon a sit was available for viewings. He has done an outstanding job in terms of getting back to us and with appointments etc. In fact every person I have come into contact with at Anthony Lettings has been fantastic, helpful and more than willing to help. Would really recommend them.

GoogleI have used Anthony Lettings for a number of years and have always had nothing but professional and very helpful staff deal with all of my properties. Today Linda from Anthony lettings as always was extremely helpful but not with a property they deal with but a property that is being managed by another company but even so they still gave me excellent advice on what to do with a problem that arose. If you are looking for a letting agent I would strongly recommend this company I have dealt with various agents and yet to find one as helpful as Anthony Lettings

GoogleI have stayed in deir property for 1 and half a year. The response time, wenever a question is raised is truly impeccable. They responsd to ur queries in a nick of time. Further if given a chance i would like to stay in the property led by them. Truly helpful.
Thanks Anjan! Happy to have you as a tenant!

GoogleMarc and his colleagues assisted us with a difficult end of tenancy dispute resolution for the tenants' deposit. They supported us well but kept appropriate impartiality to allow the process to run its course. This included uploading significant numbers of documents. They were not remunerated for this but helped gladly, their predecessor firm having found the tenants some years previously. Very professional throughout. Thank you!
