It has been an absolute pleasure meeting & dealing with Bobby (Mahon) from the Herne Bay branch. He first showed us round a property which wasn't quite right for us but then suggested another, that hadn't made it to market at the time. He swiftly arranged a viewing that same afternoon & it turned out to be the one we're now proceeding with! I can't thank him enough for getting us to be the first & only viewers! We met for a revisit yesterday with Bobby at the property & he gave us all the time we needed to take everything in. Brilliant experience from start to finish

I recently purchased a house which was being sold by Miles & Barr. From start to finish they were excellent - professional, warm, friendly, helpful. I would especially credit the wonderful Nadine, without whom I honestly don't think the entire thing would have gone through (at least not in the timeline we wanted!!). She was so kind, empathetic and patient throughout, giving my helpful advice and encouragement, and keeping everyone informed, pushing where needed to get things moving, and generally being wonderful. This isn't the experience I've had with a lot of other estate agents, and I cannot thank Nadine and the team enough.
