GoogleBadly managed, terrible customer service, if you go to buy a house will have to be prepared to do all of the chasing and don't expect a response from them if urgent. Call first time buyers" Nieve" in emails even when you do as they requested!! Told us a pack of lies and can't even label up house keys correctly as gave us someone else's house keys on the day we finalised!!! Avoid at all costs and use a proper managed estate agents

GoogleWe have recently sold our house and in turn found our onward home with Maria from Chancellors in Leominster. The customer service she has provided has been excellent and she is extremely knowledgeable. Maria has always been on the end of the phone or email throughout the whole process providing peace of mind and answering all our questions brilliantly. We have recommended her to our friends and would recommend her to anyone else who is looking to buy or sell a house!
