A mixed time with renting through chancellors with false information being provided at the start of my tennacy and late notices of rent increases but since Jamie woodman took over our account she was nothing but fantastic right up until the end of our tennacy which ended on a positive note and should be comended for the work they put in to make everything right!

Chancellors are hands down the best estate agents I've ever been a tenant with. They are incredibly responsive and any issues are always resolved quickly. Our property manager, Molly Adams, always goes the extra mile, ensuring we are aware of what is happening at each step in a process and following up to make sure that everything went smoothly and was completed as expected.

GoogleBecky and Dan from Chancellors Leominster, are both amazing to work with. They dealt with some stressful situations with professionalism and diplomacy. They both showed great knowledge of the area to prospective purchasers as well as offering full knowledge of the upgrades we had carried out to our home. They were polite and friendly at all times and always had our best interest at heart. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their house.

She has invested time in understanding what we’re looking for, communicating effectively and ensuring we are able to view properties of interest.
