GoogleSteven was absolutely fabulous throughout my house selling and not only that but did everything he could to help with my house purchase which was with a different agent. At every stage Steven and his team were there at the end of the phone and made a very stressful move so much easier. I can't thank them enough!

GoogleI can't thank Steven Thomas enough for his calm and professional hard work during quite a stressful sale . Without his exceptional expertise and calm approach the outcome would have been very different. His staff are very helpful and courteous, a pleasure to deal with and I absolutely recommend this Estate Agent. A massive THANK YOU!!!

FacebookAbsolutely fantastic service from Watkins Thomas. Reliable and professional service received from Steve, Anthony and the team. They sold our house in 8 days, and unlike other agents the service didn't end there. Would highly recommend Watkins Thomas to sell your home.

GoogleStephen & Jen have been very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process of purchasing our new property!! Nothing was too much trouble for them, allowing us to visit the house several times to liaise with our builder and things went as smoothly as possible. Thank you both.

GoogleI recently sold my property through Watkins and Thomas and had a super positive experience. We took a long time to find a house that we loved and Anthony did his best to help with our search as well as keeping our buyers up to speed ,without putting any pressure on us in the process. I ended up purchasing through another agent which hasn't been as positive and makes you appreciate all the dedication from all at Watkins and Thomas offer. Anthony has gone above and beyond in his duty as an estate agent, and we thank you all at Watkins and Thomas for a smooth process in an otherwise difficult year. *****

GoogleProfessional, helpful and friendly. We have just completed on the sale of house. Steven & Anthony acted for us with the support of Jenny & Judith. The house was sold the weekend it went onto the books. Several offers immediately and the best one chosen quickly. Using local agent and local solicitors and no chain, all completed in 6 weeks. I can recommend using Watkins Thomas for a quick, efficient and hassle free experience.

GoogleJust used this estate agents for the sale of my property in Hereford, was told the best way was to use a local one and not a multi national one. Met local man Steven at the property was on time, gave me a very honest value and opinion, property went on sale, within 3 weeks property was sold, 1 and a half months later sale wrapped up finished..no hassles, no worries, Steven sorted everything, plus kept me informed on the proceedings every week till the signing over date. I live in London so the information bit was very important as didn't live locally. I made the best choice given, especially with the choice of agents in Hereford and would recommend Watkins Thomas to anyone who wants to buy or sell a property in Hereford and the surrounding areas

GoogleWe finally found a trustworthy Estate Agent who did exactly what they said they would. Our house had been on the market for a year and our experience with our previous agent was dreadful. We handed it over to Watkins Thomas and they found us a buyer in a week.Their experience in the business really shows and gets the job done. No nonsense, no flannel, excellent communication and they'll deal with any hitches in your chain quickly and efficiently. A really excellent service all round. We thought they actually really cared about us and our sale. Don't hesitate - put your sale in their hands.
