Just used this estate agents for the sale of my property in Hereford, was told the best way was to use a local one and not a multi national one. Met local man Steven at the property was on time, gave me a very honest value and opinion, property went on sale, within 3 weeks property was sold, 1 and a half months later sale wrapped up finished..no hassles, no worries, Steven sorted everything, plus kept me informed on the proceedings every week till the signing over date. I live in London so the information bit was very important as didn't live locally. I made the best choice given, especially with the choice of agents in Hereford and would recommend Watkins Thomas to anyone who wants to buy or sell a property in Hereford and the surrounding areas

We finally found a trustworthy Estate Agent who did exactly what they said they would. Our house had been on the market for a year and our experience with our previous agent was dreadful. Exceptional from the initial valuation all the way through to completion. This is an easy review to write. I rediscovered Watkins Thomas via google search. I owned a house in Hereford but had moved a great distance away and wanted to sell. I was only able to visit the office once, despite this the whole team were extremely helpful and fully understanding about my situations and the distance apart. They were a font of knowledge, with recommendations from Solicitors to local trades persons that I needed to get the house into a great condition to sell. Their advice must have been good because of it I had an offer within 24 hours of it being placed on sale and accepted an offer within 48 hours. I can't thank you all enough and 'I HIGHLY RECOMMEND' your services.

If you are looking for an excellent Hereford Estate Agent then look no further. We were selling our property from a distance which is not easy. Throughout the whole process Watkins Thomas were outstanding, with almost daily updates keeping us totally informed of progress. When our first purchaser pulled out they were efficient and proactive, and within 24 hours we had another buyer. Throughout the process Watkins Thomas went above and beyond, communicating with the solicitor and even volunteering to read the meters for us on the day of completion. 100% recommendation from us.

I initially chose this agent because they have really good knowledge of the local areas. We agreed a price which was very competitive and that didn’t change although there was quite a lot of work involved with the sale. Steven or one of the lovely ladies from the office phoned me weekly to give updates of the viewing and then the subsequent sale.
