GoogleAlex and his colleagues were very helpful in our purchasing of a property, where they were acting for the Sellers. Communication was very good and nothing was too much trouble in regards liaising with the Sellers to answer our enquiries. They were always able to accommodate our requests to view the property and sometimes at short notice. They are friendly and knowledgeable of the areas they cover.

GoogleExcellent experience with Jackson’s when selling my property. The agents were polite and professional at all times, which made the process much easier to understand and work through any unexpected issues. My one disappointment on the day of moving I felt hurried to leave my property of 38 years by the buyers. Otherwise thank you and I would recommend Jackson’s to prospective buyer/ sellers.

They did a superb job of marketing it, advising me when things got complicated and helping to arrange third party contractors to carry out work needed in order to sell. Kept me posted all the way through. Excellent service. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

GoogleGreat team that helped as much as they could from start to finish to make the process as good as possible. If there was a slight negative it would be that quite often ringing the Hereford sales team you wouldn’t get through and Leominster office would pick up and take a message. Not a big deal though.

We still can't believe it only took 4 months from the first viewing until completion, during the extreme demand alongside COVID. GoogleI was very impressed with Jackson Property throughout my entire process of buying my first home. As a first time buyer, this can be a very daunting process, but they were very helpful and quick at replying to any emails. Michelle Mantle, in particular, was incredibly helpful and dealt with all my many questions! Her help was very appreciated and I would most definitely recommend Jackson's as a result of the excellent customer service she provided. After contracts were exchanged, Michelle provided me with a hamper of goodies, which was a very thoughtful touch - it included essentials like toilet roll, zoflora, bin bags, a home magazine, biscuits, popcorn and teabags,amongst more, which were very useful in the first days of moving in when you're living out of boxes! Thank you for all your help!! :)
