From start to finish, they were patient with us even when it took a lot longer than anticipated to finally purchase the property. They liaised with ourselves and the vendor throughout, accomodating various viewings of the property, ensuring that everyone was kept happy. Thank you for being patient with us. Fantastic service from start to finish. We had never sold / been through this process before so weren’t sure who to go with. From the very start we felt confident as the team were so friendly, knowledgeable and really easy to get hold of. We had an excellent experience withJackson Property. Everyone was efficient, friendly and always responded very quickly to any phone call or message. They remained active in supporting our sale and we feel certain that it was their proactive contact with our buyer that finally achieved completion. Many members of the team were involved, but David and Charlotte were especially supportive and active in achieving our sale. David was the key person, in contact with ourselves, our solicitor, the buyer and their solicitor to progress the sale. Without his voice of re-assurance through a protracted process, we would have been very uncertain and stressed.

So I should come clean and admit that I do not hold the Estate Agency profession in particularly high regard, they come somewhere between politicians and newspaper reporters in my general distain for them as a profession. So, how refreshing to find an agency that really have got their act together and did what they said. The Jackson’s team did a fantastic job and their communication was second to none. The fact that they work as a team and share commissions means that you get super fast responses and they set up a dedicated WhatsApp group where anyone of the team can respond to any concerns or questions you might have.
