We are not ones for publicly responding to reviews, we normally try to do this "off air". We wish anyone reading this to know that this review is completely bogus - this person had a personal issue with the previous owner of the company and refers to problems in 2009 due to this reviewers inappropriate actions towards the staff there at the time and subsequently has continued his "campaign" against Cobb Amos but has not used our services for over 10 years.

I have discussed this issue with our website team and there is no record of the email being recieved; it appears to have been lost in cyberspace. We were receiving other emails at this time via our website so it may have been a short lived glitch which your email was caught in or we have a bigger issue and we are losing other emails which we simply do not know about. We are really sorry that we did not know of your interest in the property you inquired about and that it was sold quickly so you missed out on it. We really do try to respond with 1 hour of receiving emails or the next working day and will continue to look to improve this.
