Truly appalling service from Chancellors, communication throughout the whole purchase was lacking or actively misleading. Be aware a lot of the positive reviews seem to be from a long time ago - when this estate agents was Russell, Baldwin and Bright.

Initially very keen, then when they have high level interest in a property they do not call back or reply to emails, poor service, would avoid in the future!

I keep getting emails claiming I owe rent, I send proof it's paid, they accept it and send another email with a changed date. Every time I call them they don't call back. Tenancy renewal was difficult due to their lack of communication.
