GoogleWe bought a house listed by Brooke’s Bliss and despite estate agents acting primarily on behalf of the seller, we still received a high level of attention and support from one of their agents, Lin. We relocated from another part of the country and Lin did everything over and above to make sure we were well informed and advised on all things Hereford, with no pressure implied or felt. Top class, Thank you.

GoogleAll staff at Brookes Bliss are extremely efficient, hard working and very friendly. Communication with all members of the team is brilliant, and if messages have to be left, calls are always promptly returned. We felt that the process of selling our property was in safe hands and would 100% recommend them to anyone with sale and/or purchase of their property. Thanks very much, Paul and Eileen.

GoogleKaren has been super professional and efficient throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain the processes to me and by far has been the best letting agent I’ve dealt with. I would highly recommend their services. Also thank you to Jane for showing me around at short notice.

GoogleI have rented with Brookes Bliss for over 4 years with my partner and child and have had a brilliant experience with them. They have sorted any issues promptly and always offered help if and when needed. I have dealt directly with both Karen and Jane who have been excellent, both friendly and professional throughout my tenancy and provided us with our first family home. Highly recommend

GoogleAn excellent, professional and efficient company to deal with. They were our letting agents for many years and when we sold the properties it was a dream. Could not recommend more highly as estate and / or letting agents.

GoogleAn excellent estate agency with competent staff, as a buyer of one of their properties they kept me well -informed and helped oil the wheels of progress. The solicitors were frequently requiring a gentle push and Jonathon Bliss helped keep the project moving forwards

GoogleMy wife and I instructed Brookes Bliss to sell our home in Herefordshire in October 2022. Their professional approach and understanding of the current market and demand was why we instructed them. They sold our home within 10 days of it being marketed, and for the asking price! We highly recommend!

GoogleGreat experience of dealing with Brookes Bliss. Jonathan and Linda are professional, friendly and total truthful which is not always the case with some estate agents. They go the 'extra mile'. You will not be disappointed if you use them either as a vendor or purchaser. They are, in our view, the best in Herefordshire.

GoogleMy wife and I have been customers of 'the team' for about twenty five years and they look after two properties for us. The lettings team has gone through various incarnations, but has been unfailingly excellent in its service. They are always committed to the highest standards and I sense this is deeply ingrained in their culture. I trust them implicitly to deal fairly with us and the tenants and charges are always very reasonable. They give excellent advice beyond what they are contracted to do and have resolved many tricky issues for us - including for property they are not even being paid to advise on! As a recently retired military officer and diplomat, who has lived in 18 different locations over the last quarter century, this is a complete blessing. I recommend Brookes Bliss unreservedly.

No problem I had in my time renting from them was too small and everything was sorted in double quick time, even on a Xmas week! 10/10 I recommend.
