GoogleI have recently let my property though Chancellors and found their service to be first class. Katie was refreshingly proactive and quickly got things moving. Amy has also been very efficient in my dealings with her. I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleWell what can I say? Whilst searching for properties to rent in Henley at an especially difficult phase in my life, I wasn't having much luck in finding anything to suit my particular circumstances. Then, like a knight in shining armour, along came Sam Hinton from the Henley branch and within a couple of days had not only secured a property for myself and my daughter but assisted me in every step of the way with all the admin and processes involved. He geniunely cared in helping us and is one of the most down to earth people you'd ever like to meet. I can't recommend him and all the team highly enough.

GoogleI was given my first role as being an executor to my late friends estate in March. I asked Robert Penford to sell the property for me. Within 7 months of me taking on the this role he has sold the property and all contracts signed. I had no idea what to do and he just took over and dealt with everything for me. I could not have done this without him. I would certainly recommend him to any of my friends wishing to sell their property.

GoogleI just have to say a big thank you to the team at Chancellors (Robert, Callum and Louise) for making the process of selling our house and buying another property so much better and easier than we could have hoped for! They were always on hand to quickly and thoroughly respond to all our questions and queries and proactively kept us informed at every stage. Throughout the whole process they showed high levels of knowledge, expertise and professionalism and we are hugely grateful to Robert for his experienced and steady negotiation skills. It was such a relief to be able to trust them to just get on with it and do the best possible job for us. We are very happy to recommend the team at Chancellors, they really are excellent.

GoogleFirstly, i wanted to mention that we met with six real estate agents/companies before making a decision on who we were going to use to sell the family home. The decision was infact fairly simple as Robert from Chancellors was, by far, the most professional and knowledgeable. The actual transaction turned out not to be as straight forward as we had planned. Infact, it was a 'roller-coaster' of a ride. However, Robert did an incredible job of keeping us calm and providing timely updates every step of the way right through to the end.. Hats off also to Sam, John and Rebecca who were instrumental in following this transaction all the way through. Go Chancellors!!!. Several of us are looking to buy in the very near future - fortunately our decision on who to use as a real estate agent/company couldnt be easier! We thank you all The Wade family

GoogleHaving just sold our property via Chancellors in Henley I wanted to highlight what an extremely professional and friendly service we received from Stuart, Sean and the rest of the Team. They were truly excellent and were always prepared to go the extra mile to help us get both our sale and purchase (not even through them) over the line in what at times due to matters beyond our control (chain!) was a very stressful process. I would highly recommend using them if you need to sell your property.

GoogleI've had some really bad experiences with estate agents, namely Charlotte Mellor who, after telling i wanted good, solid hassle free tenants, lied and inflated a potential tenants salary, oh and forgot to mention the CCJ. She inflated the tenants salary by 106k. From now on i only use Chancellors for my rental properties, Sam Hinton in the Henley office is honest, helpful and conscientious and a pleasure to deal with restoring my faith in Estate Agents.
