Andrew Grant has been helping clients since 1971! Yes, that's right we are nearly 50 years old! And over this time we have gained the knowledge and expertise you need to be reassured of only the best possible service. We certainly don't act our age though - we use the latest technology to give buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants the best experience. Buying and selling your home is one of the biggest commitments many of us will make, involving a lot of money, emotion and hopes for the future - we work hard for you and with you to ensure this is as smooth and hassle free as possible. It is this committed approach and personal touch that makes the difference.. Julia Simonds, Partner and Branch Manager has been an estate agent for over 30 years and the last 16 of those have been in Bromsgrove. Over the years she has moved the same buyers several times as their families have grown and it’s always good to see that once people move here they like to stay within the town upsizing as they move. The town's changed hugely - we now host a weekly farmers market and have an impressive choice of restaurants and bars. This combined with our central location and the new £24 million railway station is why we are seeing an influx of buyers coming from outside the local area. New studies have shown that Bromsgrove is one of the country’s top commuter property hotspots (third, in fact!). Another reason to learn more about what we have to offer.
