GoogleFantastic team, Richard managed my property for a few years when we moved to Australia, he was great from start to finish I can’t rate him and rest of his team highly enough, we had issues with the tentant not paying rent and sears and co took care of the whole thing we managed to get nearly all of the money back then when we decided to sell he sold it within weeks of being on the market so easy and hassle free.

I've recently sold my house in the Old Town in Hemel Hempstead and have been nothing but impressed with their professionalism, honesty and genuine advice. They are competitively priced, offer a very professional and friendly service, are always quick to respond and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Richard Sears stood out from the start compared to all the many other agents I saw before putting my house on the market, and my gut instincts were right. He is immensely knowledgeable of the industry, and did an outstanding job of selling my home and using his considerable experience and negotiating skills in the final stages of the exchange of contracts (which was really the job of my solicitors!)

They offer the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliest, they are pro active and keep you updated every step of the way. We originally marketed with another local agent and after 6 months of little progress and communication we switched to Sears. Richard gave us some sound advice as to how we could market our property differently and within 6 weeks we sold.
We were buying and selling therefore we had contact with a fair few of the local agents and with out doubt Sears is the best. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't waste my time with any other agent.
