GoogleAppalling unprofessional company. Never in my life have I had to deal with such a low quality enterprise. There is no need to deal with such an atrocious, poorly run and managed agent, there are PLENTY others to choose from.

GoogleWhen I saw the listing come up, I emailed for a viewing. Within 5 minutes I had a call from Ryan. He then whatsapped me all the details, including a video, which clearly showed the property. I have been very impressed with his quick and excellent client service. I believe that he will make my transition into my new home a pleasure. A satisfied customer.

GoogleI had been dealing with a very difficult buyer for my home. He was constantly changing the completion date, my nerves were raw and I was so depressed, was there ever going to be an end to this torture? I was finally given a completion date and told by my agent that I could go ahead a find a place to rent, even then the date kept changing. Then along came Rebecca Zacharia form Hemel Hempstead Lettings. She immediately took control and bless her gave me at last some positive hope that all was going to be fine. She seem to understand how I was feeling and spoke to me in such comforting way. She got it sorted and I am so happy that she was the one who picked up the phone that day.
