I have called many estate agents regarding properties and information relating to them. I have always been greeted by a robot who simply works 9-5 p.m. and has no enthusiasm. This time the cycle has been broken as I managed to speak to the most amazing guy Jake Houchen. It was amazing speaking to someone who has enthusiasm and drive. I had quite a few questions regarding the property and Jake was able to deliver me answers and more. This is the first phone call I’ve come off of where I have been fully informed , felt respected and comfortable knowing what the next steps are. Jake was able to provide me everything I needed to know and went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered to the best of his ability and exceeded all of my expectations. I have always had a bad word against estate agents due to horrific communication in the past but Jake has turned my head and is an asset to your company. From the get go of conversation he was easily able to create a relationship with me to make me feel comfortable and at ease with the process. Genuinely it was like talking to a lifelong friend and that is impossible to come across these days. Jake deserves all of the credit he’s absolutely fantastic. I couldn’t put more than five stars so I crossed my eyes and pretended there were 10 😂. Job well done thank you so much Jake Houchen for your amazing help, people’s skills and company knowledge.
