GoogleI'd give more stars if I could! Martin came out to do a valuation at a property and was armed with lots of information and literature for me to go through at my leisure once he'd clarified what it all was in great detail. He was incredibly professional, warm and welcoming to any questions and clearly explained everything I needed to know. The appointment did not feel rushed at all and he took the time to revisit any further questions I had which was reassuring. Even an overlooked error (on my part) was easy to rectify and wasn't too much trouble at all. He went above and beyond. Thankyou so much for your time and a tip top service! Would definitely recommend and use again.

GoogleMartin Clements came to me to do a valuation on the property. He was prompt, very professional, and knowledgeable. He had carried out a lot of research before coming to do the valuation and after viewing the property gave us a valuation and was able to give the reasons for the valuation. The valuation was put into writing and an email arrived in my inbox later that afternoon. Excellent service. I will certainly choose Bradleys Helston again.

It wasn’t straight forward our end and we didn’t think we would be able to buy that soon due to delays, however this was met with understanding, professionalism and patience from Martin and Ben at every step. GoogleBradleys did a fantastic job of selling my fathers flat. Having used two previous agents with not a lot of interest. Martin's team had several viewings & two offers! They gave advice on how to prepare the property for sale. Great communication from the team which is paramount. I never had to chase them. I'd highly recommend the Helston branch. We've also used them for a property purchase & again no complaints.

GoogleI honestly couldn't have asked for more from Bradley's during the purchase of my property. The team were always on hand to support me and without an estate agent managing my sale, they really helped me through the process with advice and guidance! I wouldn't hesitate in using Bradley's in the future and cannot recommend highly enough!
